Born in Izmir, Karadoğan completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Erzincan. He graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2016. In 2017, after passing the Medical Specialization Examination, he began his work at the Pediatrics Department of Taksim Training and Research Hospital and at the Pediatrics Department of Bezmialem Foundation University. Since his student years, Karadoğan has been actively involved in civil society organizations, holding important positions such as the Presidency of Young Doctors Worldwide at Istanbul University. He played an active role in the establishment of the Goodness and Health Association (İyilik Sağlık Derneği), where he still serves as a board member and vice president. Alongside his professional career, he has carried out medical work with healthcare professionals in disadvantaged regions, particularly in African countries such as Chad and Mali, as well as in Syria and Pakistan. Some of these projects were conducted under the auspices of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA). Since May 2023, he has been continuing his academic career as a faculty member at the Department of Pediatrics, Binali Yıldırım University Faculty of Medicine.
