Çağrı Emin Şahin graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2015. He worked as a technical staff in various positions in Istanbul Public Health Directorate and as the manager of Sultangazi Community Health Center. He took part in the board of directors of Young Doctors Worldwide. He attended the two-year Field Epidemiology Training Programme of the Ministry of Health. He completed his PhD in Public Health with his thesis titled “Evaluation of Cost-Effectiveness of HPV Vaccine in terms of Inclusion of the National Vaccine Program."
Since 2018, he has been working as a part-time health consultant for TİGA Health Informatics company in his projects, and since 2020, he has been the youth projects evaluator of the National Agency as a referee. He took part in various humanitarian and public health projects abroad. He has first aid trainer and occupational medicine doctor certificates. He is the volunteer responsible editor of Konak Health and Social Sciences Journal. He serves on the boards of Hayat Health and Social Services Foundation, Wellness & Health Association and International Migration Research and Practices Association. In order to maintain his life, he works as a Public Health Manager at the General Directorate of Public Health, Department of Vaccine Preventable Diseases.
